Discover "ATLANTIDEA" by DAVii - FW 24/25

FALL WINTER 2024-25

ATLANTIDEA” is the new Fall/Winter 2024-25 collection of DAVII, inspired by the enigmatic figure of the Atlantis woman, evoking a journey through time and space. The developed aesthetic mixes elements of the past with an innovative vision of the future; the collection stands out for its uniqueness and modernity, reflecting the aura of mystery and fascination surrounding that ancient civilisation.

Dresses that combine lightness and structure create a universe in which feminine strength manifests in a contemporary world. Structured patterns, precise cuts combined with a choice of classic fabrics such as silk, wool and leather, with the novelty of an almost mirror-like vinyl, ensure a unique harmony between modern and classic.

New silhouettes bring the ideas of ceremonial armour for a new woman, where each material used symbolizes something. Neoprene is structure and modernity, silk is fluidity and sophistication, faux leather is sustainability, and wool is comfort and warmth.

DAVII creates geometric shapes with openings on the hips under fur coats, continuing to explore the oversized, but with more fluid dresses, so as to delineate the feminine silhouette with precision and thus go to elevate it.

The Designer

Fabiano Fernandes dos Santos established his DAVII brand in 2016 when he left Brazil for Porto and created his first Haute Coutre Atelier, after a number of collaborations in Sao Paolo and a 10-year partnership with the Arnaldo Ventura group.

In his atelier in Poalo, where he is finally indulging his passion for fashion inspired by Haute Couture and contemporary design, he created his first collection of handmade, unique garments based on Eastern volumes and proportions alongside art nouveau pleats and drapes, where materials are as impalpable and flowing as organza and as basic as raw silk. Absolute black and purple hues are lightened by hints of pastel colours and vintage prints featuring the 50s vivid geometric chromatics. His iconographic research of printouts reaches Persian art and Basqt’s Russian Ballets, harmoniously mingling with contemporary tribal influences.
